Overtired

I am 100 percent tired

I don’t want whatever should be required

I dont’ want food, I dont’ want sleep

I am 100 percent tired

I am 101 percent tired

I dont’ think I could manage what’s acquired

I don’t want music, I don’t want books

I am 101 percent tired

I am 102 percent tired

My sisters early bedtime I admired

I don’t want nice smells or things to touch

I am 102 percent tired

I am 103 percent tired

All my energy has expired

I don’t want dreams, I don’t want thoughts

I am 103 percent tired

I am 105 percent tired

Though I think it’s time that I attired

For seeing as I’ve stopped counting right

It must mean that it is twelve at night!

  1. This made me chuckle – because your last few phrases, were exactly what my head was thinking when I first read it. This means you took me on a great little story. Also love the versatility you are showing in your art. keep it up!
